SHIPPING POLICY

-Pre-made/ Ready to go ashtrays please allow up to 6-10 business days to receive your order.

-Custom made color/ designs with the supplies I have can take up to 10 business days to receive after being made.

-Custom made ashtrays that need specific supplies to be ordered will have longer processing and shipping times. We will have to wait for the supplies to arrive before being made.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RollinwithZ does not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order please email me at RollinwithZ@gmail.com. I will be happy to come up with a solution to the problem.
